Deliveries/Shipping...

A: Deliveries within Australia - all orders are shipped via Australian Post Express. Postage is charged at a flat rate of $9.00. All orders will be dispatched within 7 days. When your order is dispatched you will be notified by an email that will contain the consignment number of the Express bag. If you would like insurance and or registered post please inform us when you order. Once your order is posted Oliv takes no responsibilty if the garments are damaged in transit or do not get delivered. We will inform you of the extra cost before we process your order.

Outside Australia - orders will be shipped by airmail. As prices will vary depending on the destination, we will contact you before we have your order ready with the amount for shipping. Generally it will be around $19.00.

Q: What is your returns / exchange policy?
A: Faulty...
If an item is faulty please notify us within 10 days of receipt by phoning 0438 291 301 (+61 438 291 301). A full refund will be given. This is unlikely to happen as all garments are checked individually before sending.

Returns...
If you would like to return a garment for any reason it may be returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Please include a copy of your receipt, we shall notify you as soon as we receive it and provide you with a refund (the refund amount will be less the postage of $9.00 and a $5 processing fee. If you are exchanging the garment or would like a credit to use at a later date there will be no added fees for processing. Please note that the garment must be unworn, with tag still attached or we are unable to accept the item for return.

Q: Everybody tells me that it is safe to put my credit card details online but I still would rather not. Is there a different way I can pay?
Yes, you can give us a call on 0438291301 ( +61438 291 301) and we can process your order using your credit card over the phone, or send a cheque / money order in the name of Oliv to the address above, or direct deposit the money into our bank account as follows...

Q: Do you have coloured T-shirts or do you just have white?
A: Only white.

Q: Can I get a royal blue tractor or do I have to get the red tractor?
A: The tractor, helicopter and truck are available in red, grey and royal blue but I can not guarentee that I will always have stock. Order the red tractor in the size you want and then go to the Contact Us page and email us the colour you would like the tractor to be on.

Q: If my child is an averaged sized 4 year old what size should I get?
A: In long sleeve I suggest you go up a size to 5 years as they are a standard fit. The short sleeve T-shirts are in different styles for boys and girls, go up a size for a girl and keep to the size for a boy.

Q: Why are some of the designs only available in the larger sizes?
A: Some of the designs are too large to fit onto smaller garments.
